Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding Fridays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will inform you by email in the event we are experiencing delays or your selected items are no longer available.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

UAE Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders of AED 50 and above in the UAE will receive free shipping. Orders less than AED 50 in the UAE are charged at AED 15. 

Deliveries are made during 9am to 9pm Sunday to Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We aim to deliver to all international addresses within 7-10 working days across all major countries.

Shipping rates are determined by weight and location. Please review the shipping fees towards the end of the checkout process.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hiccups & Buttercups is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

UAE customers can track their shipment our logistics provider Shyft. Upon confirmation of pickup from our office you will receive an SMS with details and a tracking link.
