    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
    You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

    Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery (UAE):

    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

    • Shipping Fee: Free shipping for orders over AED 100.

    • For orders under AED 100, a flat shipping rate of AED 20 applies.

  • GCC Shipping (Selected Countries):

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

    • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently ship internationally to selected locations.

    • Delivery times and rates will vary based on destination.

    • Customs and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but sometimes delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues).

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
